Case history No1 - Adding Shade To The Patio

One of our customers requested information regarding the best way of providing shade on their patio. They explained that they enjoyed spending time relaxing in the garden but they now experience difficulty sitting for long periods in the sun. After a consultation from ourselves they decided on one of our awnings.

The customer voiced concerns regarding the installation and we explained the process to them, which eleviated their worries. Infact afterwards they said " that they were very impressed because the installation only took one day and we left their premises as we found it, all neat and tidy".

Case history No2 - Protection From The Sun

Another of our customers contacted us looking for information regarding the harmful effects of UV and requested information about our range of awnings and the UV protection they would provide.

We visited the customer and discovered that they enjoy having their granchildren around for social events during the summer months. When questioned they said "we have heard about the warnings on TV and in the Newspapers when it comes to the harmful effects of Ultra Violet Rays but we are a little confused". We explained that all of our awnings came with built in UV protection and how the awnings were rated for UV protection.

They have now had one of our awnings fitted and have remarked that "They are now spending much more time in the shade knowing that we are not going to suffer from the harmful effects of UV and also we can rest knowing that we are protecting our grandchildren."

Case history No3 - Protect Indoor Furnishings

A recent enquiry was from a distraught customer who had noticed that when she moved her furniture in the colour was fading on the side facing the windows. "I was quite worried as the suite cost us a couple of thousand pounds". We were able to quickly advise her about the range of blinds and awnings that we could offer.

After the consultation it was decided that one of our awnings with sun sensors was required. She was also very pleased because we were able to supply a colour that complemented her soft furnishings. Now she is very happy because the damage has been arrested and also now she has the added bonus of the inside not becoming like an oven in the summer months.
